The thing is how can I even be assured of a refund? I've bought loads of games from steam over the years that just don't run. Hopefully you'll have it fixed before you have to make that choice. You're already half way through the 2 hour maximum play time allowed under the policy, so you probably only have about another 45-50 minutes of testing time left before you have to decide if you're going to get a refund or persevere with it. This would probably be a good time to remind you of the terms of the refund policy. At this stage you should maybe be going back to UbiSoft for more technical assistance with the game itself as the Steam side of it appears to be sorted.
